**Asbury Park-**For the second quarter of 2017, the average sales price for a single family home in Asbury Park, NJ was $356,083 which represented a 25% increase in sales price over the same quarter in 2016. The average sale price then was $294,371. A total of 29 homes were sold this quarter in 2016 versus 24 in 2016. Days on the market decreased drastically from 105 in 2016 to just 30 days. Homes are selling on average for just 1% less than list price

**Avon-by-the-Sea- **The second quarter 2017 shows that the average sales price for a single family home in Avon-by-the-Sea, NJ was $1,249,071 which represents almost 7% increase in sales price over the same quarter in 2016, where the average sale price was $1,169,678. A total of 7 homes were sold in 2017 which is the same amount in 2016 for the second quarter. Days on the market increased significantly from 77 in 2016 to 128 in 2017.
